We believe strongly in the value of Radicle Growth Organics Products  and take full responsibility for your satisfaction.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you don't absolutely love it for any reason, we'll give you a full refund!

Simply follow these easy steps:
1. Tell us on this form (opens in a new window) that you’d like a refund, and how many open / un-open bags you’ll be returning 
2. We will email you the address where you can return your bag(s).
3. Place the bag(s) in a box and mail it to us.
4. We will initiate your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@radiclegrowthorganics.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@radiclegrowthorganics.com.

 

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag + shipping and handling + sales tax. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
